There is no cream used in it and it&#8217;s weight-loss friendly.<br \/>\nI got some nutritional info from caloriecount.<\/p>\n<p>Pumpkin&#8217;s good points:<\/p>\n<p>* Low in saturated fat<br \/>\n* No cholesterol<br \/>\n* Very low in sodium<br \/>\n* Very high in dietary fiber, iron, \u00a0vitamin A, vitamin C<br \/>\n* High in manganese, magnesium, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, potassium<\/p>\n<p>Bad points<\/p>\n<p>* Very high in sugar<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have a problem with natural sugar and like pumpkin, I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ll find this recipe amazing. I just threw things together that I thought would be good. This is about 175 calories for the whole thing.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 c pure pumpkin pur\u00e9e (I used E.D. Smith)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c 1% cottage cheese<\/li>\n<li>A splash of skim milk (about 1\/3 c.)<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 tsp. cinnamon (you could use some nutmeg in it too)<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 Tbsp. brown sugar (I use Splenda)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p>In a food processor or Magic Bullet, combine all ingredients and mix well until light and creamy.
