She adds raisins in hers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1 cup butter, softened<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup sugar (1 c. baking Splenda)<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup packed brown sugar (1\/2 c. brown Splenda)<\/li>\r\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\r\n<li>1-1\/2 cups all-purpose flour (1.5 c. whole wheat)<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\r\n<li>3 cups quick-cooking oats<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup raisins (optional)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in oats.<\/li>\r\n<li>Shape into 1-1\/2-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
