They really liked it and so did I&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch chunks<\/li>\n<li>About 2 cups of soup veggies (carrots, celery, and onion)<\/li>\n<li>About 250 g frozen broccoli, chopped in small bite-sized pieces<\/li>\n<li>1 can condensed cream of celery soup<\/li>\n<li>1 c plain greek yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>About 2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 c grated cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 soup veggies (onion, celeri, and carrots) in olive oil for 3 min.\u00a0 over medium heat.\u00a0 Add chicken and garlic powder.\u00a0 Continue to saut\u00e9 until the chicken is cooked throughout but not browned.\u00a0 In the meantime, place one layer of broccoli in a casserole dish.\u00a0 In a mixing bowl, combine soup, yogurt, and mayonnaise well.\u00a0 When the chicken is cooked, place the layer of chicken and vegetables on top of the broccoli.\u00a0 Spread the soup mixture over the chicken and top with grated cheese.\u00a0 Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or\u00a0 until cheese has completely melted at 350 degrees F.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I made this dish (among several others) for my mother and grandmother when they came over for dinner Saturday evening.
