{"id":848,"date":"2012-08-21T19:28:39","date_gmt":"2012-08-22T00:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elainecarroll.ca\/wordpress\/?p=848"},"modified":"2014-12-26T11:22:37","modified_gmt":"2014-12-26T16:22:37","slug":"easy-nutella-brownies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elainecarroll.ca\/wordpress\/?p=848","title":{"rendered":"Easy Nutella Brownies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m going to make these this weekend and Brad will be the guinea pig \ud83d\ude09\u00a0 Oh woe is him!\u00a0 hehehehehe\u00a0 I will be modifying it so that it&#8217;s a pan of brownies rather than individual ones.\u00a0 They&#8217;ll be so easy to make.\u00a0 This recipe calls for 1 c Nutella, I&#8217;m going to try 3\/4 c Nutella and 1\/4 c peanut butter.\u00a0 Mmmm should be good!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup nutella<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 eggs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">10 Tb all purpose flour (or 1\/2 cup plus 2 Tb)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 tsp salt (optional)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a regular (not a mini) 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.  Mix together eggs and Nutella in a medium bowl until smooth. Add in flour and mix until just combined. Evenly spread into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle each with a few chocolate chips, if desired.
