I originally had this in Nanny’s Carrot Cake recipe and decided to give it its own post.
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 c icing sugar (I would just use Splenda)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Spread onto a cooled cake.
